Recipients of the Ned Snead Memorial Scholarship may re-apply for the scholarship for up to three subsequent academic years following their initial award, for a maximum of four scholarship awards.

To be considered for renewal, recipients must continue to pursue the course of study for which the scholarship was originally awarded and remain enrolled at an accredited college or university.

Scholarship renewal is not automatic. Each renewal application is reviewed for eligibility and is subject to the terms of the scholarship and availability of funds.

Please submit your 2027–2028 Scholarship Renewal Application by June 1, 2027.

All required supporting documentation must be received by June 11, 2027 for your renewal application to be considered complete.

RENEWAL ELIGIBILITY: Recipients must meet all of the following criteria:

Must remain enrolled at an accredited college or university.

Must continue to pursue the degree or course of study for which the scholarship was originally awarded.

Must successfully complete a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester toward the selected degree or course of study.

Must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Must not have already received the maximum of four scholarship awards under the Ned Snead Memorial Scholarship.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: The following information and documentation must be submitted as part of the renewal process:

Official college or university transcript through the Spring 2027 semester.

Current college or university name.

Student ID number.

Current degree or major.

Anticipated graduation date.

The official transcript must demonstrate successful completion of the required credit hours and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

All required supporting documentation must be received by June 11, 2027.

Submission of a renewal application does not guarantee a scholarship renewal. Applications will be reviewed after the renewal period closes to confirm eligibility and completion of all required documentation.

Applicants will be notified of their renewal status after the review process is complete.
